![]() All profits from this site go to the ALS Association. There's some great stuff on this site. My wife's friend is the driving creative force behind this effort with some artistic input from my wife. Please check this out! This is a tremendous resource for PALS and CALS. Please take a few minutes to look this over: Art for ALS Silent Auction: This gentleman is from Australia and has an awesome site. He is a PALS and has dedicated his life to researching ALS: The Massachusettes General Brain Talk site: This is the site from England that is so excellent for folks with ALS (they call it MND in the U.K.): Everything you ever wanted to know about stem cells but were afraid to ask. And more. Good site: Stem Cell Research Foundation. This is the Eric Edney site. Eric is a PALS who has survived 12 + years. He has some excellent ideas on how to slow down, and possibly even stop, the progression of the disease: This is a must link ... this is the ALSTDF. This is a motivated group of researchers who are trying to come up with something will help PALS as soon as possible: The ALS Association. These people are wonderful. They've already helped me alot: I know this is a bit wacked, but I would like to include this link to the
Augusta National Golf Club/Masters Golf tournament: Professor Hawking's web site. He's a real inspiration: This is a monster of a link: This is a tremendous link. Matt recently passed away, but his great site lives on: This is a Canadian gentlemen who's had als for about 15 years, George Goodwin. He's awesome and so is his site: The Kramer Family Homepage: This is a good link to John Hopkins University medical center. Jeff Rothstein is maybe the preimenent researcher in the country for als. I was fortunate to have a 20 minute meeting with him about 6 months ago: Dr. Bernie Seigel's site. He's the surgeon that wrote the best seller,
Love, Medicine, and Miracles about 20 years ago. This is geared
toward cancer patients but I got the personal invite from Dr.
Siegel to link to the site: This site is an "alternative" type site. this would be analagous to the French Underground movement during WW II, ha-ha. A good link: This one is "out there", but in my opinion an extremely important link. I went to Toronto 2 weekends ago to participate in one of his workshops. Good stuff: Ok, this might look a bit weird, but there's method to my madness. A very worthwhile link: A good site, I go to their support meetings once per month: This is the keystone site of all of our links. This will start the healing process in any red blooded American, and possibly any of our friends from Europe: This is a good link to have some laughs: The World of Leo Buscaglia:
